Report a problem

How do I report a wrong question or a bug?

In the app, open Settings → Report a problem. It starts an email with your app version already filled in, so you only describe what went wrong. You can also email us directly.

The app crashes or shows a blank screen

Close the app fully and open it again. If it keeps happening, email us your phone model, your Android or iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and the progress stored on your device.

I can’t sign in or can’t delete my account

Email us from the address you registered with and we’ll sort it out.

About the content

Is the content a religious ruling?

No. ThinkMuslim Quiz is educational material about Islamic history and the Qur’an. For rulings, please ask a qualified scholar.

Please tell us. Use Settings → Report a problem and say which chapter and question it was.

Is my data safe?
