Email supportIn the app, open Settings → Report a problem. It starts an email with your app version already filled in, so you only describe what went wrong. You can also email us directly.
Close the app fully and open it again. If it keeps happening, email us your phone model, your Android version and what you were doing when it happened.
Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your profile and your cloud-saved progress from our servers, and the progress stored on your device.

Email ThinkMuslimSupport@gmail.com with the subject “Player report” and include the game code, the player’s display name, roughly when it happened and what the problem was (for example an offensive name or avatar). A screenshot helps. We review every report and reply within a few days.
We look at the report and, where the rules in our Terms of Use were broken, we can rename or remove a profile, remove the player from rooms, or suspend the account or device. We don’t share who reported whom.
Only your display name, avatar and frame, and your in-game score. Other players never see your email, account ID or location. There is no chat.
No. You can join or host as a guest. A guest gets a random ID stored on your device so the game can tell the seats apart. Sign in if you want your progress saved across devices.
Leave the room at any time with the leave button, then report the player as described above. Private rooms are only reachable with the game code, so you can keep your room for people you know.
